Ok...Ok...Ok

Lots of people have been getting on my case because I have not been keeping my blog up to date. I will have to admit. I have been busy. I will start to try and get caught up. Lots of fun stuff has happened since June 2009. It is now 2010 and It has started out with a bang!

"ADMITTING"

A lot has happened since my last post. To name a few events. I had the honor of being a part of the Sacred Craft Expo. Along with a lot of others. Shaking hands and finding out more of my shaping family tree. I have been very busy making boards and of course surfing every chance I can. I have made and been trying to ride an "Alaia". What a humbling experience. I made a board that I have been dreaming up for a long time now. Nothing new to the technology of boards just a combo of eras placed together in such a way that I have labeled it my JS model. Absorbed with it. It works incredibly well.

Cheers

Acknowledgement

I owe my thanks to a GREAT friend of mine, Van Miller. He introduced me to a man named Troy Peters. Being an apprentice of Troy’s – whom I am grateful too, I was introduced to an array of excellent talent of Master Surfboard builders and Surfers Alike. Influenced by the course of events I took myself underground and found myself in the Central Coast surfing and building Boards as to what had been shown to me. I would like to make claim that I am not doing anything new. As was told to me in the past “Take your time to the understanding and create what you feel and know” with this I found myself on glides so unexplainable that I started to create this experience for others.

1967 "LOTUS" replica

I had the honor to get my hands on a 1967 Bing "Lotus". I was really impressed by the board and I felt the need to make and surf this craft. This surfboard is amazing!
