Trips south

The best thing about my trips south are the quiet times Barley and I have driving, waking up early, going to the beach, and the people I hang out with down there. Always plenty of happiness and no drama. The little things in life are what I pick up on. Smelling flowers, watching ants and seeing things that make me feel good inside. All this because of the Surfing environment. Nature, Waves, People, Boards.

"Q-man"

This is my little buddy "Q-man". He is a 10yr old water(boy)man. He has a brother "Nick" 13 yrs old and also a water(boy)man and together they can come up with some strange things like this bike they ride around. I have been in the surf with this boys for many yrs now and they are little chargers! "Q-man" is on a 4'-10"EPS (yellow wax) and "Nick" is on a 5'-5" PU.

Sacred Craft Expo, Ventura 2010

Wow, what a great two days of excitement. Got to talk with Board building Masters. Congratulations to Wayne Rich for winning the Shape off. I was able to test ride some Boards from Jon Wegener's Bluegill to RK's personnel Quad. Chris from Studio 609 had blown me away once again with his talent for art. I had two boards in the show a Clark foam project along with a fish.
